Add Mandu, flat side down in a flower shape, meeting in the center of the pan.
Mix together water and flour evenly.
Add oil and mix again.
Add the mixture evenly from the center of the pan.
Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 4 minutes
on medium heat.
Remove the lid and heat for 2 more minutes.
Adjust to low heat and cook for another minute.
Continue cooking until the mixture hardens and becomes transparent.
Flip onto a plate and serve with the sauce.
