Corn Cheese Gyoza



bibigo Chicken & Vegetable Gyoza 8pcs
Canned corn 250g (1 small c/n)
Mozzarella cheese, freshly grated 100g (2 Cup)
Mayonnaise 60g (4 Tbsp)
Unsalted butter 15g (1 Tbsp)
White sugar 20g (1 ⅓ Tbsp)
Crushed red pepper, to garnish
Grana Padano cheese, grated, to garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish

Bibigo Gyoza Chicken & Vegetable


Put the Gyoza in the pan and fry them until golden brown.
Then set aside.
Put corn, butter, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar in a pan and mix evenly.
Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes until cheese is evenly melted.
Arrange prepared Gyoza on top of corn cheese.
Top with crushed red pepper, parsley, and Grana Padano cheese as desired.
