Then log onto your TikTok account (or create one for free) and share a unique video of your Steamed Dumplings with your own topping tagging both the @bibigo.uk and @caughtsnackin accounts in the caption to enter the Prize Draw. The video must comply with the Entry conditions. Please note that a video submission is mandatory to enter the Prize Draw, but the content will not be judged. All valid entries will be entered into a Prize Draw and all entrants will have an equal chance of winning. All individuals featured in the photo must have provided consent. Purchase required. Full Terms & Conditions

  1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion.
  2. Purchase is necessary. Internet access, public TikTok account and a valid UK bank account are required.
  3. Promotion Period: Enter between 09:00 BST on 05 April 2024 and 23:59 BST on 30 April 2024 inclusive.
  4. To Enter: Purchase a pack of bibigo Steamed Dumplings and cook them according to the on-pack instructions. Then log onto your TikTok account (or create one for free) and share a video of your Steamed Dumplings with your own topping tagging both the @bibigo.uk and @caughtsnackin accounts to be entered into the Prize Draw. The video (“Entry”) must meet Eligibility Entry Guidelines (see Clause 7). Please note that a video submission is mandatory to enter the Prize Draw, but the content will not be judged.  All valid entries will be entered into a Prize Draw and all entrants will have an equal chance of winning
  5. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Each entrant will receive one entry per unique video submitted.
  6. You must keep your profile on a public setting for 4 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period in order to be contacted if you are selected as a winner.
  7. Eligible Entry Guidelines: The Entry must comply with the following guidelines and undergo Moderation in order to be eligible for the Prize Draw:
    • The Entry will only be subject to the time and quality restrictions provided for by the TikTok platform.
    • The Entry must feature a bibigo Steamed Dumpling(s) topped with at least one food/sauce/drink item.
    • Any Entries that do not tag both the @bibigo.uk and @caughtsnackin accounts will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
    • By submitting an Entry, the entrant declares that they have received the consent of the other people featured in the video prior to submitting their Entry or consent from the next of kin for any deceased individuals featured.
    • Entrants must only submit Entries that are their own work.
    • Entrants must only submit Entries that do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, patents, logos, licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other intellectual property rights.
    • Where an entrant submits an Entry featuring an incapacitated person/s or minor/s, consent from a person who is the legal guardian for that incapacitated person/s or minor/s must be obtained by the entrant in relation to each incapacitated person/s or minor/s who is featured prior to submission. The Promoter may require proof of this to be produced by the entrant.
    • Entrants must not disparage the Promoter, or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion.
    • Entries must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous.
    • Entries must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
    • Entrants agree to grant the Promoter in perpetuity a non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights vesting in your entry for all purposes connected with this Promotion, including but not limited to display on the Promoter’s website, social channels,  in any publicity, advertisement or case study carried out by or on behalf of the Promoter in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet and any other website of the Promoter or its agents/contractors choosing and use of the submission, or part(s) of the submission in marketing materials relating to this Promotion.
    • Entrants also grant the Promoter and its agents/contractors the right to moderate, edit, modify or remove any submission in the Promoter’s, it’s agents or assignees’ sole discretion, in whole or in part, for display on the Promotion website or in any materials relating to the Promotion.
    • Entrants agree to the inclusion, publication, reproduction and/or other use of their Entry by the Promoter in any Media.
    • Entries created by any form of artificial intelligence will be disqualified.

    In the event that an Entry or entrant violates any of the above Eligible Entry Guidelines, the Promoter may (at their sole discretion) crop or edit such Entry to render it compliant and / or exclude such Entry from the Promotion.

    8. The Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x £1,000 cash.

    10. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by an independent party within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

      11. Winner Notification: Provisional winner will be contacted via Direct Message on the TikTok account used to enter within 7 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant.

      12. Prize Acceptance: Fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that the Prize does not arrive within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing bibigo@aotp.london. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

      13. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

      Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via Direct Message to @bibigo.uk on TikTok or Instagram. The winner can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

      14.       15. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

      16. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

        17. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.

        18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to TikTok.

        19. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok. By entering you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to TikTok, and TikTok is not responsible for any element of this Promotion.

          20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14644) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

          21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

          22. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained.           23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

          24. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

          25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

          26. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
