Whisk together sauce ingredients. Add additional red pepper flakes to match desired spice level.
Microwave or steam Bibigo Pork & Vegetable Steamed Dumplings according to package directions.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil. Carefully remove the microwaved steamed dumplings from the tray and place in the heated skillet. Be careful to not puncture them. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Gently remove dumplings and let cool for 1 minute.
Plate the steamed dumplings and serve with sauce. Garnish with sliced scallions as desired. Store remaining sauce in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
